Military Shop is an online retailer specialising in military and army themed products and merchandise. They offer a wide range of items related to the military, including clothing, uniforms, equipment, accessories, collectibles, books, and more.

Insight

We began working with Military Shop in mid-2020 as they were wanting to improve their online results during the pandemic. They had a strong brand presence in their industry with keyword rankings strong for generic terms like “Military Shop” but were struggling with other categories and ranking other keywords. We created 355 new categories based on customer research to target over 4,000 potential keywords.

Our Approach

We expanded their target keywords to new subcategories that could rank easily, such as medals, uniforms, and tactical gear. We also expanded the audience base to military enthusiasts, which helped increase their audience and expand the brand. This enhanced keyword research strategy resulted in a more significant online presence and a broader audience base.
