Introduction
Mobility HQ is an eCommerce store selling mobility and disability equipment. Their range includes adjustable beds, mobility scooters, walking aids and wheelchairs, and they aim to help their customers retain independence. We were contacted to improve the B2C side of their business, as they were relatively new to the SEO space. The project involved consultancy on selecting the right platform and optimising a site that had not been built yet for SEO and eCommerce.

Our Approach
Utilising the large product range that Mobility HQ had available on their site, we began researching an optimal structure and hierarchy based on their priorities for B2C customers. We were very clear that the organic channel would need a minimum of 12 months before they would start to see positive results. We also recommended a content strategy driven by internal industry expertise, especially as this industry has many new customers.

We consulted with Mobility HQ to ensure they had the resources to write their own blogs on their website. We are not experts in their field of mobility equipment, so ensuring they wrote them took advantage of their industry expertise and knowledge. Therefore, this targeted content assisted with making Mobility HQ an authority in their industry, hence increasing their organic results.
